***Return or Warranty Requests for Damaged and/or Defective Product***
If you are requesting a Return or Warranty for a product that has been damaged or is defective you will need to provide pictures of the damaged or defective item prior to any Return or Warranty being processed. Please Fill Out the Appropriate Form Online (Return or Warranty) and then email the pictures to the appropriate Department after you have submitted the Return or Warranty Request Form. If you are filling out a Return Request you will email the Pictures to and if you are filling out the Warranty Request you will email the pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org
Customer's Requesting Replacements or Exchanges
If you are requesting a replacement for product that is being returned you will not be charged for the new product at the current sale price as well as the new freight out at the time the request for replacement has been made. Once the product being returned has been received back in the warehouse and has been inspected to insure the product is defective you will then be issued the appropriate credit per our Return Policies below.

All products we provide for sale are covered by that Manufacturers Warranty Policy. If you have a warranty problem, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Open boxes, damaged shipment, mis-boxed, mislabeled, damaged parts, defective product, mis-shipped products are ONLY eligible for exchange of product. There will be no credit issued for any of the above items, replacement of product only.
Examples of Typical Return Scenarios and How It Would Work
Customer Ordered Wrong or Does Not Want Product
The Customer is responsible for the return freight back to the warehouse that will be sent to you when the return is processed. The Customer will be deducted a 5% Restocking Fee*. If the Customer paid freight on the initial order that will not be credited. If you purchased the item you are returning under a Free Shipping Promotion the actual freight incurred by our warehouse to ship the product will be deducted from the credit. Depending on the warehouse the product is being returned to, the warehouse may automatically issue a call tag to have the product picked up to be returned which the cost for the call tag will be deducted from the credit issued.
Discount ATV Sale Ordered and/or The Warehouse Shipped The Wrong Product
The Customer will not be responsible for the Return Freight and or any Fees or Deductions as relates to the incorrect product being shipped/delivered. Full Credit will be issued for the Returned Product.

We work hard to ensure that all of our customers receive the products which they order. The product ordered is that product that you have ordered on our Internet site. In the case of phone orders, our customer service agents review each order with each customer before shipping. Your order is then what they have told you and have repeated back, this is your finalized order. However, we are only human and mistakes can be made. If you have received a product different than what you ordered please note that in the reason for return so we can correct the problem quickly.
We accept returns back if the return is requested within 30 days and has been processed by us and has a valid Discount ATV Sale MRA # (which we will provide you once we process the return) and has been shipped pre-paid to the specific location designated by Discount ATV Sale. Returns sent back freight collect will either not be accepted, or not credited, or will have the shipping costs deducted from the return credit, at the discretion of Discount ATV Sale.
All return shipments must have the MRA # clearly placed on the package and must be returned freight pre paid to the location that we designate. If you ship a return somewhere, without a Discount ATV Sale MRA #, we will do our best to find the product in that warehouse and issue the appropriate credit once the product has been found.
Unlike other Retailers we do not issue you an in store credit toward a future purchase. We will issue you a credit directly back on to your credit card. This process can take two to four weeks after we receive your valid return. If you have not received your credit after 4 weeks please call us. This allows us time to inspect your return. All returns must be in original packaging and unused - unless otherwise noted at the time of the return request. All directions, warranty information must also accompany the return. All credits issued will be after a 5% restocking fee* If we shipped you a product under a Free Shipping promotion we will deduct the actual cost of shipping, even though it was originally shipped at our expense. Depending on the warehouse the product is being returned to, the warehouse may automatically issue a call tag to have the product picked up to be returned which the cost for the call tag will be deducted from the credit issued.
We reserve the right to inspect, or have our agents inspect, all returns before issuing a credit. If the return is not in original and resalable condition with all original packaging, and documents an additional fee may be assessed by Discount ATV Sale at our discretion. In the case that the return is totally not sellable we reserve the right not to offer a refund.
Certain parts and products are not returnable: Wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed may not be returned. Products purchased on closeout may not be returned. Any part which has been installed or has been worked on with a tool such as a wrench or screwdriver may not be returned.
Warn's warranty policy on the Warn Works winches states that returns will be handled by returning the winch and replacing it only. No cash return is available on these winches.
When you receive your product, check your order to make sure all items are accounted for. All returns requests for orders after 30 days will be either approved or denied at the discretion of Discount ATV Sale.
Cancelled and Refused Orders
You may wish to cancel an order. All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. We do our best to cancel the order if needed but can not guarantee that the product has not shipped. If the product has already shipped Discount ATV Sale will deny the cancellation and inform you of the reason for the cancellation being denied.
If you order from us and we ship your product and you refuse your product or do not accept your product, or your product was undeliverable, your product may or may not be returned to us by the shipper. It is your responsibility to be sure that the product is returned to us. It is your responsibility to be sure the product is returned to us in new condition. All orders returned to us because they were refused or not accepted will be credited back minus a 5% restocking fee*. If we shipped you a product under a Free Shipping promotion we will deduct the actual cost of shipping to you, even though it was originally shipped at our expense. We will also deduct any and all costs incurred in having the product returned to us .Special orders and items drop shipped from the manufacturer may incur an additional 5% restocking fee*. Once received the product is also subject to our normal inspection procedures and potential additional deductions depending on the condition of the product.
Your return request will be processed within 7 working days. We will reply to you via email. Please be sure you have entered a valid email account, and that account does not have a spam blocker which could block our response. Our response will include your MRA # and the address to ship your product back to.
Returns cannot be processed over the Phone. Our customer service agents do not authorize returns, they do not issue MRA #'s. PLEASE do not call for return information, they will be unable to help.
By requesting a return to Discount ATV Sale you agree to all of the terms and conditions as posted above. In the case of a disagreement you agree that the final decision regarding any credit is at the total discretion of Discount ATV Sale. To process a return the below information is mandatory.
Discount ATV Sale guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting for claim with the manufacturer.
Discount ATV Sale Reserves the Right to Deny any price match
We try to display the most accurate picture available for each product, however not all manufactures provide sufficient images for their product lines. Pictures are for representation of products only. Not all pictures show exactly the product you may receive.
